BFT offer a ‘Back to Base’ warranty on all equipment supplied. You can find our Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy here.

Faulty equipment should be returned with invoice details to our Hungerford premises within the warranty period.

All returned goods are individually inspected and tested by our in house team. Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced and returned.

Please call our support team for a Returns Form before dispatching anything to us. This will help us to track your item and repair or replace the unit and return it promptly.

Customer service is our priority and we endeavour to carry out repairs / replacements with the minimum of delay.
